From discriminatory citizenship laws to weaponized sedition charges these violations aren&#8217;t just legal footnotes they&#8217;re direct assaults on Articles 14, 19, 21 and 30 that guarantee your fundamental rights. Bulldozer justice in BJP states post-2022 demolished homes of accused minorities without due process SC in 2024 called it arbitrary under Article 14. SC&#8217;s 2024 ruling in Just Rights for Children criminalized child porn possession under POCSO upholding Article 21 but highlighted gaps in protecting minors from abuse. Sub-classification in reservations upheld in 2024 allowed states to tweak SC/ST quotas but Justice Trivedi dissented fearing Article 14 inequality. Section 6A of Citizenship Act upheld in October 2024 validated Assam Accord but sparked debates on migrant rights under Article 6.
